01.05Cascades Cross-country Skiing
7 am to about 5 pm
Come enjoy the snow cross country style! We will head up to the Cascades for a skiing stroll in the woods. This is a great way to enjoy Washington's winter wonderland, and the snow this year is perfect! Beginners are welcome.

01.09Green Lake Run
About 6 pm to 8 pm
Starting Wednesday, January 9, we will be hosting a weekly Green Lake run. The pace will be relaxing and the company friendly. The distance around Green Lake is about 3 miles. See you on the lake!

9 am to about 3:30 pm
Outdoor paintball is a rush in the fall. Forestfire Paintball offers a speedball field and a wooded course that are friendly for experienced players and first-timers. New games occur about every 15 minutes. All paintball and safety equipment is provided for $35.

01.12Heather Lake Snowshoeing
8 am to about 4 pm
On the flanks of Mt. Pilchuck, Heather Lake is a scenic and inviting snowshoe destination. The trail is about 4 miles roundtrip, with 1,100 feet of elevation gain. At the end is scenic Heather Lake, with majestic Pilchuck in the background.

Join us for our annual Sun Peaks Ski weekend. This four day trip includes transportation via chartered bus, lodging in one of the many luxury condominiums, and most meals. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

01.19-20Segelsen Ridge Snow Camping
Snow camping in Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest! This popular ridge hike offers great views. There is nothing like spending the night in a snowy wilderness setting. The cold, clear sky and quiet forest are unlike nothing you’ll experience in the summer. 6 miles round trip, total gain about 2,500 feet. Beginners welcome.

01.26Surprise Lake Snowshoeing
8 am to about 5 pm
Surprise Creek trail is a hidden gem on the Hwy 2 corridor. Along with the thick forest there is an abundance of wildlife, including martens, hares, dear, whiskey jacks, and peregrin falcon. Above the trail are spectacular views of Spark Plug and Thunder mountains. Finally, we will arrive at Surprise Lake, a alpine lake gem! 8 miles and 2,300 feet of gain.
